I grew up in a family that spends mornings talking about lunch and afternoons talking about dinner. I learned to love food and love all kinds of food.

 In 2019 I moved from my hometown, New York City, to my chosen home, New Orleans.

 Since then, I've learned a lot about Louisiana food culture.

 I've had the opportunity to work on so many fun nutrition projects like a healthy holiday meal featured on Dooky Chase's menu.

I love spending my days talking about my favorite subject: food.
